Program Supervisor – Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)/Autism

The Right Door for Hope Recovery and Wellness is seeking a full-time dedicated and experienced program supervisor to lead and oversee our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical services, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with state standards, and supporting the growth and success of both clients and team members. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for serving individuals with developmental differences and a demonstrated ability to manage and mentor staff effectively.  Competitive salary starting annually $82,033-$94,338 based on experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership, development and management of the ABA/Autism program
  • Directly supervise clinical and support staff, including performance management, coaching, and professional development
  • Ensure implementation of individualized treatment plans in accordance with ABA principles
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable local, state, and organizational policies.
  • Monitor program quality, outcomes, and data-driven decision-making practices
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified staff
  • Manage scheduling
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction and care quality

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and an LBA in the state of Michigan
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing an ABA program
  • Experience working in an ABA setting with individuals with autism or other developmental differences
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethics, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
