Jail Diversion Case Manager

Jail Diversion Case Manager: Seeking to fill a full-time position providing jail diversion supports and services; position responsible for planning and coordinating services and supports for inmates, their families and significant others in pre- and post-booking arrangements including social determinant related assistance to those exiting jail. Coordinates consultations with law enforcement and Court/prosecution employees related to mental health issues. Facilitates and coordinates mental health training for law enforcement and Court/prosecution employees. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher required with one year experience.
