Jail Diversion Case Manager
Jail Diversion Case Manager: Seeking an individual for a full-time position providing jail diversion supports and services, including individual and group therapy, planning and coordinating services and supports for inmates, their families and significant others in pre- and post-booking arrangements including social determinant related assistance to those exiting jail. Coordinates consultations with law enforcement and Court/prosecution employees related to mental health issues. Facilitates and coordinates mental health training for law enforcement and Court/prosecution employees. A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology required with one year experience. Salary range $59,151 - $85,586 based on experience and credentials/licensure.
