Intensive Case Management
Intensive Case Management Clinician – Seeking a full-time clinician to provide intensive case management services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or a severe mental illness that require several interactions weekly. This position will minimally require a Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related field with three years of experience, or a Master’s degree in a mental health related field with one year of experience working with individuals with a severe mental illness/developmental disability; experience working with individuals with substance use disorders is beneficial. This position is a combination of in-person and remote work; extensive training and development offered; excellent work environment and benefit package; salary (range $48,195 to $64,015) commensurate with education and experience; excellent PTO and Holiday time.
