Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst:  The Right Door for Hope, Recovery and Wellness is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our organization. Our agency focuses on providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services specifically designed for school aged children, adolescents, and young adults. This position will include oversight and training of Behavior Technicians on your caseload. Caseload sizes are kept smaller. Sessions are center, and home based. We offer behavioral treatment goals in a multi-disciplinary team format to best support our person-served and their natural supports. Two years’ experience in developing behavior intervention, EBI plans, and opportunities to run social skills groups. Position is Monday through Friday, no sessions on the weekend, holidays, or past 6:30 p.m. This position will have excellent compensation and benefits, generous PTO and paid holidays, and opportunities for training and development.
