Help Desk/IS Support
Helpdesk/IS Support Specialist – seeking an individual for the Help Desk/IS Support position at The Right Door for Hope, Recovery and Wellness. Primary responsibilities include managing and resolving user submitted helpdesk requests in a timely manner, monitoring / maintaining network equipment, providing ongoing training and assistance to staff for organizational hardware and software, and providing orientation to new users. The individual must be service-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills to train and support all levels of users and will report directly to the CFO. A minimum of 2 years experience in help desk and IS support duties are required. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.
